The Details
TRAVEL COSTS
A travel fee of $1 per mile will be added to cover travel expenses when travel exceeds 25 miles from Houston (77084).
For travel over 100 miles, hotel accommodations at a rate of $180/night for 2 nights are required. Any travel beyond 150 miles may be charged a 1/2 day rate of $750.
Destination weddings are subject to hotel, flight, and transportation accommodations.
PAYMENT
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable retainer fee of $2000 is due at signing. The remains balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date.
EDITING
Every select image is individually edited with a signature true to color style, including complementary blemish removal. However, there will be no body modification, face, or hair retouching. Additional editing can be requested at an additional purchase of $100/hr.
DELIVERY
Personal online galleries are completed and delivered within 8-12 weeks after the wedding date. All images are delivered in jpeg format I’m both high-resolution and web-sized files.
COPYRIGHT INFO
Each image in your final gallery is made fully downloadable with unrestricted printing rights without a watermark.
